Charlotte is a Senior Associate in the Court of Protection department at Hugh James. Having been based in the firm’s Cardiff office for over 10 years, she has recently relocated and now heads up the Court of Protection team in the London office.

Charlotte specialises in the management of property and financial affairs for individuals who have received significant damages awards as well as specialist applications to the Court of Protection for lay clients.
