Membership of The PDF is available to professional deputies who are solicitors or legal executives (deputy members) and employees of deputy members or their firms who work in the same area of legal practice (senior / associate members).
The PDF was initially founded to represent P&A Deputies, we have however recently expanded our offering and will soon be accepting membership applications from legal practitioners whose primary work is Health & Welfare in The Court of Protection.
