Our Services
William Martin Property Consultants Ltd regularly provides expert opinions on accommodation issues arising from personal injury and medical negligence litigation.
Property Finding
Where alternative accommodation is required, we can undertake property searches to identify properties which might be adapted to meet our clients current and future needs.
We regularly work with legal teams, insurers, case managers and Occupational Therapists to locate and identify properties which meet a client's particular needs. Where temporary accommodation is required we are able to agree the scope of works with the Landlord.
Suitability Assessments
Properties can often be thought inaccessible on first inspection. Our team carry out suitability assessments of existing properties and make recommendations in respect of adaptations. Our sensitive and creative solutions can produce adaptations which meet the specific requirement of the injured person without the need to relocate.
Design, Procurement, and Project Management
From the procurement of the adaptation work to project management of the contract through to completion we focus on meeting the post-injury needs of our clients.
Whether needing to adapt existing properties or design purpose built, new build properties to address our client's needs, we create environments which overcome barriers to mobility and provide unimpeded circulation.
Inclusive Work Spaces
We work with employers to create accessible workplaces and provide advice on employer duties under the Equality Act 2010. We make recommendations for adaptations to assist Disabled Employees and visitors needing to access and occupy a property.
