Sara is a Senior Associate at RWK Goodman where she is also a Director of the firm’s Trust Company. Through the Trust Company she acts as Finance Deputy and Trustee for clients, many of whom have been awarded significant sums through clinical negligence litigation. Sara has focused on mental capacity law since 2008 and has been a member of the PDF working Group since 2021. Sara’s client base is largely but not limited to London and the surrounding counties.
