I began my legal career in 2009 as an Office Assistant before progressing into Legal Secretary roles across a variety of practice areas, including Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury, Private Client, Family, and Corporate law.Since September 2018, I have specialised in Court of Protection work, initially as a Paralegal and later as a Court of Protection Executive. I joined Wolferstans in July 2026 as a Legal Assistant, where I support the day-to-day management of Deputyship matters.Over the years, I have gained extensive experience assisting with a wide range of Court of Protection cases and have developed strong working relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals. What I enjoy most about my role is getting to know the people I support and helping to make what can often be a complex or challenging situation a little easier for them.No two days are ever the same, which is one of the many reasons I find Court of Protection work so rewarding. I take great pride in providing a caring, practical and personable service, helping clients and their families navigate matters with confidence and reassurance.I am currently working towards accreditation with The Professional Deputies Forum as part of my continued professional development. My broad legal background has provided me with a strong foundation and a practical understanding of delivering client focused legal services, enabling me to provide effective and compassionate support tailored to each client's individual needs.Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking my dog, baking and keeping fit. I am also an avid reader, particularly of crime fiction and psychological thrillers.
