For the past 15 years, I have worked in the niche of brain injury case management within the sphere of business. I have conscientiously maintained a good rapport with all clients I worked with and had the opportunity to interact with. I am a firm believer that it is essential for all members of a support staff team, from the frontline to the administrative help, to understand their client base and comprehend the significance of their roles. Outside my professional confinements, I spend my free time volunteering at the Headway Sussex support groups, further integrating myself with community assistance for those impacted by brain injuries. I was recently selected to become a lay member of the IRCM. I hold a degree in Business Management in Health and Social Care and hold the Mary Seacole Leadership Award
