Lisa specialises in a full range of Court of Protection matters from complex health & welfare proceedings to Trustee and deputyship applications and assisting with professional deputyship administration.Lisa qualified as a Solicitor in September 2018 and has experience in estate administration, Will drafting and the preparation and registration of Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Inheritance Tax planning,.She has worked in local Government supporting clients in adult care with complex health and welfare proceedings before the Court of Protection. This included Deprivation of Liberty cases involving elderly and vulnerable clients, and aspects of the Care Act, through to deprivation of assets involving care fees.Lisa is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers and has a passion for raising awareness of dementia in the community, having been previously trained as a Dementia Friends Champion by the Alzheimer’s Society. She is also a member of CoPPa South West and the Professional Deputies Forum.
