Qualifying as a solicitor in 2005 . I have previously been a member of the Law Society Mental Health and Disability Committee from 2009 until 2019. I was the Regional Chair for the Solicitors for the Elderly South Wales and am an active Committee member to COPPA Cymru. My background developed before the introduction of the MCA 2005 when I worked for the Community Care Team and Private Client Department which has given me a round hands on approach to all areas of Elderly Client and Capacity issues. I now work as a director of Endeavour Law  based in South Wales with a client base stretching even across the UK and internationally . I act as a Professional Deputy to both Finance and Welfare clients in addition to Professional Attorney and Executor. With a wealth of experience behind me and unrivalled in my area for complex and challenging cases I am asked to step in to support and take over complex case and provide advice. Arecieprent of  the Welsh Pro bono Lawyer of the year in 2005, The Law society Excellence Awards 2007 joint winner as new Solicitor , Young Solicitors Group Pro bono Lawyer 2007 and the Solicitors for the Elderly Patron Award 2007 Senior Judge Lush Award for my work with the vulnerable and Court of Protection. I am now using my skills and experience to bring through grade D and younger lawyers into this challenging and rewarding area of law.
