Behind every Court of Protection case is a person, a family, and a story — and that’s what drives my work as a solicitor specialising in property and affairs deputyship.I advise families, case managers, and professionals on deputyship and financial management matters, helping to navigate complex legal and practical challenges. My focus is always on clarity, empathy, and solutions that keep the individual’s best interests at the centre. In practice, that often means managing sensitive financial arrangements, balancing legal duties with compassion, and supporting families through what can feel like unfamiliar territory. I work collaboratively with case managers, deputies, and health and social care professionals to ensure the right outcomes for clients.Beyond my casework, I enjoy contributing to professional networks and events, sharing insights on deputyship and capacity law, and learning from colleagues across the sector. I believe that building a strong community of practitioners is key to improving outcomes for the people we support.💬 I welcome connections with anyone working in or alongside the Court of Protection, and I’m always happy to share perspectives or exchange experiences.
