I am Senior Associate in the Court of Protection Team at Ashtons Legal LLP where I have worked since 2010. I am a Director of Ashtons Legal Trust Corporation Ltd and have been appointed as a property and affairs deputy in the past.  In our team, we specialise predominantly in supporting clients who are making/have made a claim as a result of acquired brain injury due to medical negligence or personal injury. We also support a number of incapacitated elderly clients and assist lay deputies. We have also developed a network of contacts in the US through the National Guardianship Association and work with a number of US Guardians in respect of their clients who have assets in the UK. I live in Norfolk with my family, a cat and some chickens. I love cricket and collecting and listening to vinyl.
