I am the National Medico-Legal Adaptations Business Development Manager at EA Mobility, a family-run company dedicated to improving independence and quality of life through high-quality, bespoke bathroom and kitchen solutions for people with mobility needs across the UK.In my role, I collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Case Managers, and Solicitors, to deliver tailored adaptations that provide safety, dignity, and long-term value for clients. By working at the intersection of healthcare and legal support, I ensure that every project is handled with care, professionalism, and a focus on the individual’s needs.My career spans many years in global business development and commercial management, where I have gained extensive experience in customer relationship management, project leadership, and team building. Alongside these skills, I draw on the strengths of my dyslexic thinking, which enable me to approach challenges with creativity, innovation, and clear communication.I am deeply passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. For me, success is measured not only in the quality of the solutions delivered but also in the confidence, comfort, and independence they bring to clients and their families.Outside of work, I enjoy time outdoors—whether gardening, barbecuing, or supporting my autistic son on his farmstead. I also value family life with my wife and our three children, whether relaxing by the coast or enjoying a day out exploring London.
