As you may be aware, a new digital process for making property and affairs deputyship applications has been implemented this month. HMCTS held a Court of Protection drop in session on Monday 19 December to explain the new process for making property and affairs deputyship applications and a recording of the session is now available to watch on the HMCTS YouTube channel.
