Meet the newest members of our Committee
We are delighted to announce that James Batey and Tonina Ashby are joining the PDF Committee.
James Batey, Wilson Browne Solicitors
With over 30 years of experience of practice in the Court of Protection and related fields, James brings a wealth of experience and we are excited about the ideas and impact he will bring.
James will be joining the COP and OPG sub-committees.
Tonina heads up the Older and Vulnerable Persons team at HCR Law, specialising in all aspects of Court of Protection work, including contentious and welfare applications. Tonina has a keen interest in promoting the interests of vulnerable people, through training and education, campaigning and raising awareness of important issues such as financial abuse.
