Georgina is a Partner in the Court of Protection team at Irwin Mitchell, based in their Manchester office. Georgina has spent over a decade working in this field, supporting individuals who lack mental capacity by managing their property and financial affairs with care, professionalism, and empathy.
Before joining Irwin Mitchell, Georgina was Partner and Head of the Court of Protection Department at Slater Heelis. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from young children to elderly individuals, often managing complex, high-value settlements arising from personal injury claims.
Georgina is proud to be a member of the PDF. The work of the PDF is incredibly important to her. It plays a vital role in shaping the standards and practices that guide professional deputies across the country.
