Jemma Morland is a director and leads the Court of Protection property and affairs team at EMG solicitors. Jemma acts as a court appointed deputy, professional attorney and trustee and she is supported by her team with the day-to-day administration of client affairs, in addition to advising on more complex and often international issues. Jemma feels privileged to work in this practice area and is passionate about collaborating with the PDF to help secure improved systems and procedures, primarily for the benefit of ‘P’ but also for those individuals and organisations that work alongside them.
