Rebecca specialises in Court of Protection work with a focus on property and financial affairsas a particular interest in brain injury and her practice has a significant focus on supporting brain injury survivors and their families. Rebecca’s expertise includes deputyship applications for both professional and lay deputies, all aspects of ongoing management, Statutory Will and gift applications as well as preparation and management of Personal Injury Trusts. In her spare time Rebecca enjoys Italian food, travelling and long-distance running.
