We are delighted to announce that Zena Bolwig and Georgina Garner are joining the PDF Committee.
Zena Bolwig, Keystone Law
As a partner at Keystone Law, Zena specialises in contentious and non-contentious health and welfare and property and affairs matters in the Court of Protection, and in relation to capacity, best interests & community care law more widely, including hospital discharge, adult safeguarding, and pre action steps involving the Office of the Public Guardian.
She will be joining our COP sub-committee.
Georgina is a Partner in the Court of Protection team at Irwin Mitchell, based in their Manchester office. Georgina has spent over a decade working in this field, supporting individuals who lack mental capacity by managing their property and financial affairs with care, professionalism, and empathy.
She will be joining our OPG sub-committee.
